At Fem Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As each item is handmade and made to order with care from dead-stock fabric, we have crafted the following return policy to ensure a positive customer experience. Please read how to avoid return guide  to help our small thriving business before making a purchase. 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and all tags MUST be attached.
  • All Returns MUST be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Exclusions:

  • Custom-made or personalised items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

3. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@femwear.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping COST: 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return as FemWear cannot support items lost in transit.

5. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund and update you via email within 10 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after your received return update email.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
