1. Free Shipping to the UK Only

We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do ship internationally to limited countries.

3. Order Processing Time

Usually product is with you from 3-10 working days from the payment time.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible:

  • Standard orders: Processed within 5–7 business days after payment.

  • Custom length or altered items: Please allow an additional 3 business days for processing.

  • Delays: During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be extended. We will inform you in case of any significant delay.


4. Pre-Order Items

If you purchase an item on pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated in the product description. These dates may vary and are approximate. You will be updated if timelines shift.

We use Royal Mail as our primary shipping partner for UK deliveries.

Shipping options include:

  • Express Shipping: If you require expedited delivery, please email us to request this option.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, the time of year, and selected shipping method.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your parcel.

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders.
There are no additional charges for standard delivery unless you request an expedited option.
