Thank you for shopping with FemWear. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

14-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

Applicability: This Guarantee applies only to the Magic Tribe Leggingsβ„’ ( not any other products)Β and is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

Exclusions: This Guarantee is void if the leggings have been personalized, including custom hemming or personalized affirmations. All other products are governed by our standard Return Policy.

Risk-Free Trial: You may wear and test the Magic Tribe Leggingsβ„’. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund of the product purchase price upon return within the 14-day period for receiving the product..

Return Costs: The Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item under this Guarantee. Please read below return section.


General Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return or cancellation.

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, once you notify us of your cancellation, you then have a further 14 days to return the item. To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must arrive at our office no later than 28 days from the date you received it.

Customized or altered items (e.g. custom hem leggings , personalisedΒ or tailored products) are Non-Returnable and non-exchangeable.

Sample Sales or old collection sales Β items are final- they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Money-Back Guarantee Offer

If you purchased at the time of 14-day money-back guarantee OFFER, the same 14-day return policy applies. However, you are allowed to wear the products as usual but you are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must still be returned via a tracked delivery service.

βœ… Recommended Method: Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked for parcels up to Β£150 (approx. Β£4.50).


Note: If you choose not to use this method, FemWear is not responsible for lost parcels and refund cannot be given.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • All tags must be attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).


How to ReturnΒ 

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@femwear.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Wait for our reply with the return instructions and address

  2. As we offer free shipping on all orders, return postage is the customer's responsibility.Β 

  3. Pack the item securely using the original packaging if available. Use a waterproof mailer bag or sturdy box to prevent damage during transit. Can be purchased in any mailing stores.

  4. Send the parcel from your local Post Office using prepaid Royal Mail shipping QR Code we sent you.

  5. We will email you as soon we process your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund approval.

If your return is approved, your refundβ€”minus the Β£4.29 return shipping feeβ€”will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@femwear.co.uk for further assistance.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Customized or altered items (e.g. shortened leggings or tailored products)

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@femwear.co.uk so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

If you'd like to request an exchange, please email us at info@femwear.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to process exchange requests beyond this period.


European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. As with UK orders, returned items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
